No, and you do not need a card. A free account opens Introduction to Cybersecurity, SOC Analyst and Networking for Analysts in full, plus a sample simulator scenario in each. You can even submit the final assignment. What is paid is the real VM, the full simulator and having a human grade that assignment.

The three introductory courses are free in full: every lesson, every module exam, and the simulated exercises. The 24 € Pro unlock adds the three things that cost us real money or real time to run: the isolated Azure VM for that course's hands-on lab, the full simulator scenario (the free one is a short sample), and a human review of your final assignment — which is what makes you eligible for the HTK certificate. It is a one-time payment for one course, and the course itself stays free.

No. Every paid purchase — Beginner (119 €), Intermediate (159 €) or a Complete Path (199 €) — already includes all three Pro unlocks on the free courses, a 72 € value, at no extra cost. You will never hit a paywall inside the free courses once you have bought anything. Buying one Pro unlock does not grant the other two, though: those are sold per course.

Discord access is included only with the Complete Path. Beginner and Intermediate standalone plans do not include private community access.

Your progress is never lost — it is tied to your account, not to a purchase. But there is no automatic upgrade flow: Beginner and Intermediate are separate one-time purchases, and the Complete Path is its own bundle. If you already own one level and want the other, buy that level directly. If you think you would end up paying twice, contact support before purchasing and we will sort it out.

All plans are one-time payments with lifetime access to the purchased content. There are no monthly recurring charges.

Yes. Certificates are issued after passing the required practical validations and course completion requirements for your purchased level.

We process all payments securely through Stripe. You can use credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and other methods supported in your region.

Beginner and Intermediate follow the same course structure, but Intermediate adds more labs that are less guided and more complex. We recommend completing Beginner first, or having similar experience — it's not a strict requirement.

The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout — no VAT, no card fees, no surcharges. If you need an invoice with your company VAT details, Stripe generates one automatically and support can adjust the details.
