Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a course or lab bundle, we offer a straightforward refund process.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the purchase date and you have not consumed a significant portion of the content, defined as:

• Completing more than 30% of the course lessons, OR
• Using more than 30 minutes of lab time across all labs in the bundle.

If both conditions are met (request within 14 days AND content not significantly consumed), your refund will be approved automatically.

How to Request a Refund

• Email support@hacktheknowledge.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
• Include your registered email address and the order reference (from your confirmation email).
• Briefly describe the reason — this helps us improve the platform.

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us, your account access will be suspended automatically while the dispute is open (as required by our payment processor). We encourage you to contact us first — disputes take significantly longer to resolve than a direct refund request.

Non-Refundable Items

• Courses where more than 30% of lessons have been completed.
• Lab bundles where more than 30 minutes of lab time has been consumed.
• Discount coupon codes — coupons cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (technical failure preventing content access, billing errors), we may approve refunds outside the standard policy. Contact us and we will review each case individually.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Note that by accessing digital content you may waive this right. By clicking "Confirm Purchase" and accessing content immediately, you acknowledge and consent to this waiver. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless and offers equivalent or greater protection.
